A Case of Recurrent Multiple Myeloma as Testicular Plasmacytoma Without Systemic Disease

Plasma cell neoplasms include various conditions ranging from indolent such as monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS) to more aggressive forms multiple myeloma (MM). The World Health Organization classifies plasmacytomas into two types: solitary osseous plasmacytoma (SOP) and extramedullary (EMP). Most primary EMPs occur in the upper gastrointestinal tract, head neck, respiratory system, central nervous lungs, liver, spleen, kidneys. However, occurrence EMP involving testis site is quite rare. Given rarity testicular plasmacytoma, there no consensus on standard treatment for this diagnosis. radiosensitive, with few localized types responding surgical intervention. Tumor recurrence disseminated infiltration are treated adjuvant chemotherapy after radiation or surgery. Our patient has a unique presentation an individual who developed recurrent 12 years his initial diagnosis myeloma.
